ConvergenceCoaching, LLC is a leadership and marketing coaching and consulting firm whose mission is to help CPA and information technology (IT) firms and the organizations that serve those professions achieve success. We do this by helping leaders develop unified success plans and then delivering customized skills building courses and hands-on implementation services to help them realize their vision.
We provide a blend of strategic planning, succession planning, retreat facilitation, coaching, skills building, and implementation services spanning all areas of practice management, including leadership, human resources, marketing, and sales to help our clients achieve their goals.
We use our unique Mapping Your Success™ methodology to assess the critical success factors of a practice including its leadership. We then develop a tailored Practice RoadMap™, Succession RoadMap™, or Marketing RoadMap™ that outlines an action plan to address those constraints and opportunities. Our recommendations and findings may be used as a basis to facilitate a partner retreat or on-site strategic planning meeting or delivered remotely to a firm’s leadership or partner group.
We also assist our clients, as needed, in implementing their plan with our Growth Services and Skills Building Services, including developing and delivering customized in-firm training programs, developing organizational optimization strategies, enhancing market positioning, executing branding and lead generation programs, refining their sales process, and creating other growth programs.
In addition, we offer a leadership coaching program where we provide an opportunity to regularly discuss specific issues and form a framework for accountability via ongoing coaching calls.
