Audit Failure--Case Studies and Remedies

This program will review case histories of audit failures in detecting financial statement fraud and employee embezzlement. The circumstances that are detectable but went undetected in each audit will be identified and lessons will be drawn from the experiences of capable auditors who missed significant cues.
