You can use it in recruiting and branding. Blogging is a way to attract recruits. It can also allow partners to communicate with clients and prospects in niche areas.

Blogging can be used to disseminate information about your firm to attract recruits and clients.

Follow the legal restrictions and policies that govern use of blogs. Among them:

  • Protect privileged client information.
  • Write in first person. Blogs are written on behalf of individuals, not firms.
  • Comply with copyright laws.
  • Be discreet.
  • Make references to other blogs.
  • Provide value.
