CPA2biz did a survey of its readers and came up with questions that CPAs should be asking themselves:

· How content is your staff?

· How satisfied are you with your staff?

· Do you look forward to going to work every day?

· How frequently do you sit down with your clients and talk?

· Do you prepare financial projections for your firm using varying scenarios?

· Are you aware of your clients’ expectations of your firm?
