JH Cohn LLP, Roseland NJ, 556 professionals, has SOX engagements with 75 companies. One hundred fifty of its staff work on SOX matters. The firm is offering help to smaller CPA firms clients. The firm does not use this service as a means to identify future acquisition targets. The collaborative efforts so far have been successful for both firms.
