Alliance for SOX 404 Compliance

This alliance, formed in April by The Bonadio Group in Rochester, New York, provides training, marketing assistance, and engagement resources to help members perform Sarbanes-Oxley Rule 404 compliance work. There are currently 13 member firms, and the group seeks to grow to 70 firms by the end of this year.

Entrance fees are $5,000 to $15,000, based on firm size.
