Goals Keep Managing Partners Focused

August Aquila, of Aquila Global Advisors (www.aquilaadvisors.com) believes managing partners are concerned about too many things. The antidote is a set of specific written goals based on his or her special abilities. These goals should be communicated to partners so they can help managing partners achieve them.

It is important for managing partners to get feedback from other partners before settling on goals.

No one should have more than nine goals including personal and family goals as well as business goals.

The managing partner, like anyone else, will achieve goals only if he or she is passionate about them.
