CPA Managing Partner Report, says that RBG & Co., St. Louis, has launched a leadership training course designed to develop people and keep them in the firm.

The two-year program starts with a psychological assessment with feedback to the participants on their capabilities and growth potential.

The group meets every month and, among other things, reads and discusses books selected from a broad list.

Participants must have three years’ experience. There is a rigorous selection process and about half the applicants are accepted.
