Anatomy of a Malpractice Lawsuit

Recording Only

This program will be a “walk-thru” of an accounting malpractice lawsuit, from engagement, to demand letter, to insurance issues, to what happens in and out of court during the process. The program will attempt to provide retrospective advice; i.e. “How can we avoid or minimize the risks of adverse outcomes by better managing our accounting practice?”

Presenter, Gary Barnes, represents accounting firms and their insurers in the defense of malpractice claims and in providing risk management advice.
