After one year, you may choose to continue your CPA Leadership Institute Individual Professional Membership at the rate in effect for all members at that time.

CPA Leadership Institute (CPALI) will provide you with the embed code for one recorded webcast, chosen by you, from CPALI's Client Knowledge Center (CKC) library. During the term of your Client Video Membership, CPALI grants you the right and license to embed the webcast on your website and to allow visitors to your website to access and play the webcast in digital form. You may replace the webcast with another webcast from the CKC library up to once every other month. Other than this limited grant of rights, nothing in this agreement shall be construed to grant you the right to copy, distribute, perform, display, offer for sale or sell the webcast.
