Educate Your Clients With These Webcasts
You may think this is a self-serving message. It is. But just as selling one of your services to a client may seem self-serving, it may also represent a value your clients need and want. We're confident you'll feel that way about the Client Knowledge Center (CKC), a new service offered by CPA Leadership Institute.
CKC is populated with a series of short educational webcasts for your clients. It's a tool that enables you to present custom-branded webcasts to clients, grow your business, and further establish your firm as a leading and essential collaborator.
CKC's mission is:
To provide CPA firms with powerful, efficient resources for educating their clients on leading-edge business subjects, and
- To use these and ancillary resources to improve the marketing and recruiting power of CPA firm websites.
To fulfill this mission, CKC creates a special, custom-branded site linked to a CPA firm's website. This site is populated with a comprehensive curriculum of short, essential educational webcasts (selected by the firm), which can be viewed on demand by site visitors. Webcasts can include introductions and closing remarks by firm representatives.
All courses on the CKC site are presented by leading experts in the country and can be previewed at www.clientknowledgecenter.com. Arrangements can be made to view any course in its entirety prior to inclusion on the CPA firm's site.
Currently, there are 20 webcasts available (soon to be 30). CKC staff assists firms in configuring their sites to accommodate the new webcasts. Here is a sampling of subject matter currently available:
- How lenders look at financial statements
- How lenders look at management

- Measuring what matters to your customers

- Demonstrates niche expertise.
- Adds value to clients' experience.
- Provides a source of new engagements.
- Adds value to the firm's website.
