February 2013 Leadership Forum
Vol. 5 No. 2, February 2013
The Leadership Forum is a panel of the most prominent thought leaders in the profession. Each month we ask them to respond to a question dealing with CPA firm management and leadership.
This month we presented two questions:
Question #1 - Will associations of CPA firms be increasingly threatened by the AICPA's top 100 and 400 firm programs? Will they continue to be relevant? Will some merge and change their business plans to enable members to directly compete with second tier and top 100 firms?
Question #2 - What trends have you observed in CPA firms to help boost profitability?
