Here are some brief reminders of things you should investigate.

SurveyCPA. We are focused on the people issues inside accounting firms. Many others do the MAP statistical surveys professionally and in depth. SurveyCPA helps CPA leaders obtain staff engagement feedback, upward feedback for partners and managers, and client satisfaction feedback.

Administrators' Leadership Program. I am pleased to be partnering with ConvergenceCoaching to sponsor this program to help firm administrators and HR managers connect with others via virtual roundtables. There is also an opportunity to take advantage of one-on-one coaching. Groups are forming now.

HR directors and others focused on human resources. Be sure to attend the PCPS Human Capital Forum and HR Networking Group session on November 8 and 9 in San Antonio. This one is a must if you want to build a support group of people focused on CPA firm human resources. The AICPA/PCPS makes it very affordable, too. I'll be there along with Jennifer Wilson and Michelle Golden.
