Solve Staffing Issues With Effective Outsourcing Strategies
October 22, 2026 @ 1-1:50pm ET

CPA firms are facing a capacity challenge that cannot be solved through local hiring alone. At the same time, outsourcing, offshoring, automation, and AI are changing how work gets done. The question is no longer whether firms should use outside capacity or technology-enabled leverage. The question is how to design the right model for the right work.

This session will introduce the “Right-Shoring” model: a strategic approach to determining what work should stay with U.S.-based professionals, what can be performed by offshore or global team members, and where AI and automation can create additional leverage. Attendees will learn how to align work complexity, client experience, compliance, technology, talent development, and profitability into a blended delivery model that supports sustainable growth.
