A survey conducted by Bay Street Group suggests that 43 percent of CPAs think over 80 percent of their clients are good referral sources, and another 38 percent believe over 60 percent of their clients would refer them. But a survey of CPAs in business and industry shows that only 53 percent would recommend their CPAs to a close friend.
